• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition (unused, unopened, with packaging and invoice).
• Discounted products or those included in special offers may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or do not match the description.
• Receiving an incorrect product that differs from the order.
• Receiving a damaged or defective product.
• Non-receipt of the product after payment within the specified delivery period.

• After reviewing the request and verifying that the conditions are met, a representative will be sent to collect the product, or the customer will be directed to ship it via the courier company.
• Return requests are processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
• If the return is approved, the paid amount will be refunded through the same payment method used.
• If payment was made upon delivery (cash on delivery), the amount will be transferred via bank transfer or handed over in cash as previously agreed.
• The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days depending on bank or payment provider procedures.
• The store is not responsible for any delays in the return process caused by shipping companies or banks.
• We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
